These Terms of Use govern use of our website. Service-specific terms for back-office operations are contained in separate client agreements and service contracts. In case of conflict, the client service agreement shall prevail.

Blueplanit Corporation provides AI-powered insurance back-office operations services to insurance agencies, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), and carriers operating in the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) management and processing
  • Policy quoting support across personal and commercial lines
  • Policy checking and quality review
  • Loss runs retrieval and processing
  • Endorsements and policy changes processing
  • Pre-renewal letter preparation
  • Audit processing and reconciliation
  • Premium finance agreement preparation
  • Direct bill reconciliation
  • Special projects and book roll support

Service delivery is governed by individual client service agreements. Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.

3. Client Account Access

Access to Blueplanit's client dashboard and operational systems is provided to authorized client representatives only, pursuant to a signed service agreement. Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all access credentials provided
  • Restricting access to authorized personnel only
  • Notifying Blueplanit immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • All activities that occur under their account credentials

Blueplanit reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the dashboard and operational systems for any client that violates these Terms or the applicable service agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Blueplanit website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or inquiry
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, or networks
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services
  • Use any automated tools, scraping, or bots to access website content
  • Use our services to process data obtained by unlawful means
  • Violate any third-party rights including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blueplanit website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Blueplanit Corporation or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, informational purposes related to evaluating or using our services. You may not:

Work products delivered to clients pursuant to a service agreement belong to the respective client in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Blueplanit treats all client data, operational information, and business information as strictly confidential. We execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every client at the start of an engagement.

By inquiring about or engaging our services, you acknowledge that any information we share about our proprietary processes, systems, pricing, and methodologies is confidential and should be treated accordingly.

Our full confidentiality obligations are detailed in individual client NDAs and service agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Blueplanit website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Blueplanit does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of website content and reserve the right to update or change content at any time without notice.

Service warranties applicable to back-office operations are defined in individual client service agreements and SLAs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blueplanit Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website.

Blueplanit's total liability for any claims arising from use of the website shall not exceed $100 USD. Liability limitations for contracted services are defined in individual client service agreements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueplanit Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the website or services in violation of any law or third-party right
  • Any content or information you submit to Blueplanit that is false, misleading, or fraudulent

10. Termination

Blueplanit reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive any termination of your access.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
